Superpro 5e is an automatic IC programmer with high performance and reasonable price for large-scale electronic product manufacturing. This programmer can automatically pick up, place, program, take out and pack up chips. With fully automated operation setup capabilities, it can improve working efficiency and minimize human errors. Superpro 3 comes with daul pick & place nozzles, 8 independent socket pressing actuators, two CCD cameras and can work with 2 tape feeders. Up to 2000 unites per hour (UPH) for devices with programming time less than 50 sec. 16-Socket Concurrent Programming with a SIngle Tray
SuperBot4 is a single tray automated desktop programming system designed for low to medium volume IC programming. It can accommodate 4-16 socket adapters depending on programming volume needed. A nozzle picks up a blank chip from a tray, programs it, and puts back in the empty space in the same tray. When all the chips are programmed it will stop and the operator needs to replace with another blank chip tray. With a low-noise vacuum generator built in, either AC 110V(50Hz/60Hz) or 220V(50Hz/60Hz) power needs to be supplied. A laptop PC needs to be connected for operation. At 600 UPH max rate, it can easily program more than 10,000 chips/week. It accepts only tray and tape is not supported.Device Supported List
