Shipping Information
Most of the shipments are made via TNT Courier. International shipment is also made via TNT Courier.
The door to door service includes customs clearance as well. Depending on the customs clearance, usual delivery takes 3-5 days. Xeltek normally prepays shipping and insurance charges, and adds the cost to the invoice.
Availability
Most items are available from stock for same day shipment. Orders received before noon (Beijing Time) are usually processed for the same day shipment. Most adapters require assembly and test, and the shipment is usually delayed by one day.
Terms And Conditions
- Xeltek provides one year hardware warranty from the ship date stated on your invoice.
- Xeltek does not take responsibility for any damage to equipment or components made by a user.
- Prior to returning equipment for repair, a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number must be obtained from Xeltek. Xeltek may refuse unauthorized returns. Returned items must contain all components and be free from external damage.
- Xeltek does not pay for the Shipping charge in return from user to us.
